[EMM Price] China EMM Prices to Fall in July as Supply/Demand Imbalance Worsens

EMM prices in China will drop to 10,500-10,700 yuan per tonne in July on growing supply and softening demand, Shanghai Metals Market foresees.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 26 (SMM) – EMM prices in China will drop to 10,500-10,700 yuan per tonne in July on growing supply and softening demand, Shanghai Metals Market foresees.

China’s EMM output might grow to 75,500 tonnes in July from 63,300 tonnes in June, according to SMM’s survey.

Stainless steel mills will cut EMM purchases due to facility maintenance and depressed steel market.
